The objective of the consultancy is to prepare a Detailed Project Report (DPR) for Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) Of Capacity 12.5 MLD (for Interception & Diversion (I&D) works )Attur and Narasingapuram Municipality. As per the assessment carried out for understanding used water management and implementation options in the town, it was identified that the used water generated in the Attur and Narasingapuram Municipality is conveyed via storm water drains and disposed to Vashista River.
• To prepare the DPR for Sewage Treatment Plant (STP) Of Capacity 12.5 MLD (Interception & Diversion (I&D) works) in Attur and Narasingapuram Municipality, preparation of detailed design, drawings, cost estimates in Attur and Narasingapuram Municipality with suitable cost effective options. The existing available records if any shall be studied and levels taken/confirmed for its correctness and correct wherever necessary correspondingly in all documents.
• Site survey along and collection of primary & secondary data from Municipalities, Public Works Department (PWD), Water Supply and Sewerage Board and other line departments.
• Conducting walkthrough survey in the Attur and Narasingapuram Municipality along the drain route and its spatial mapping on Google Earth (Satellite Image) using Latitude/Longitude.
• Collection of used wastewater samples in existing storm water drain in the municipalities and analyzing it in NABL Accredited Laboratory agency & Government agency.
• Detailed analysis of data collected during field studies.
• Measurement of quantum of wastewater mixing in the lake.
